Approachable with ripe tannins, the 2022 Ohiti Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has wild black berry, black currant, dried herb, mid palate sweetness and  soft tannins. Aged in oak for a year, then tank, the tannins have softened thus enabling the fruit to shine. Cabernet Sauvignon is a Noble variety with status – a personal favourite.
