Refund policy
SHIPPING
Team Global Express will deliver Monday to Friday throughout the year expect public holidays.
North Island please allow 1-3 days for delivery.
South Island allow 2-4 days for delivery.
Rural delivery - please add a day to standard shipping times.
Team Global Express will only ship our wines within New Zealand.
If it's an overseas order, please email brookfields.vineyards@xtra.co.nz to arrange this.
We will do our best to dispatch online orders no later than 2 business days after the day your order has been received by us, and you have received an order confirmation email. An actual delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
If you choose to have your wine left at a specific place using the shipping instructions when ordering online, the wine will not be insured once it is left by the courier.
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you, damaged goods must be reported and emailed to us within 72 hours - brookfields.vineyards@xtra.co.nz
If you receive a corked wine or a faulty screw cap emailed to us as soon as you know and we will replace it.
PRICING
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST of 15%.
Prices on our website, specials in our Cellar Door, retail outlets, and those available online may not necessarily be the same.
Brookfields Vineyards reserves the right to amend prices without notice.
RETURNS
To start a return, you can contact us at brookfields.vineyards@xtra.co.nz.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
