The fruit for the Unoaked Chardonnay was harvested from Ohiti Estate and adjacent the winery (both of which are winery owned).

Tasting Note:
Light straw tones fill the glass. Ripe melon and pineapple flavours dominate the palate. The mid palate is fat with a hint of residual sweetness. This enhances the fruit profile and makes the wine most inviting, with a refreshing finish.

Accompaniment:
Poached Terekihi, with a sprig of parsley.
