Late heat in the growing season was perfect for making the Sun-Dried Malbec.

Tasting Note:
Intense red in colour. The fruit tannins and alcohol are big and mouth filling. Sun-Dried wines have been made since the fifth century BC. Amarones from Italy are the most famous. Ripe plum, berry and balanced tannins have created a wine best likened to Malbec on steroids.

Accompaniment:
Superb with steak or lamb, and can be enjoyed with chocolate dessert.
