Tasting Note:
Light straw in colour. Indulgence by its very name sums up the wine with the fragrance of passion fruit. It is a sweet moment clothed in nectar. The intensity of the tropical fruit on the palate, and the lingering taste make it a personal indulgence. Everybody has an indulgence whether it be collecting, family or racing slow racehorses. Leaving the Sauvignon Blanc on the vine for the botrytis to develop was an indulgence, making the wine was an indulgence, and drinking it.

Fresh fruit, Rockmelon or a cheese board.
