An excellent growing season for Sauvignon Blanc in Hawke’s Bay - harvested on the 29th March.

Tasting Note:
Ripe gooseberry is under pinned with passion fruit, and a hint of sweetness. Ohiti Estate is in land, consequently nights are cold but the day time temperatures in the summer are hot. This has created a refreshing, vibrant acid balance, equally the Ohiti Estate Sauvignon Blanc has good palate length and a Scott Dixon finish - it is a winner!
