Peter Robertson says wine should always enhance the food with which it’s served. For visitors, a glass of Brookfields wine with lunch at the winery is an experience not to be missed! The pairing of fine cuisine using only the finest Hawke's Bay produce, and a quality Brookfield wine, is exemplary.

Brookfields Winery is an impressive venue during the day with its beautiful rose gardens, views of the vineyard, hand-made brick winery and tasting room and the pétanque court. With evening functions you will be surrounded by barrels of wine maturing in the racks, and an outstanding collection of Piera McArthur paintings all forming a unique series called ‘Aspects of Music’. Centre stage is the inglenook fireplace which provides welcome warmth in the winter months and a unique ambience.

For private functions, from corporate and promotional events to weddings or intimate gatherings, a function at Brookfields is a celebration, an experience!

Brookfields Vineyards is now a Function Venue and does not provide casual lunches.

Head Chef Scott McGregor has a wealth of experience having worked in Australia and England before settling in Hawke's Bay. Fresh and exquisit flavours are the hallmarks of Scott's cuisine.
