06 Jun 2010 - Hawke's Bay Charity Wine Auction 2010
At this year’s Midlands Hawke's Bay Charity Auction 2010 - that benefits 'Cranford House'. Lot 11: 12 x Magnums of our 2007 Gold Label Cabernet/ Merlot - sold for: $4000 (that equates to $167 a standard 750ml bottle) - This was an outstanding vintage for the vineyards and fruit that eventually went into this reserve wine. This wine will repay another 10-12 years in bottle. A very special wine and vintage for: Brookfields, Hawke's Bay and New Zealand.

This years vintage/ harvest is half way through, with most of the white grapes harvested, crushed and pressed. Hawke's Bay is experiencing an Indian summer - long may it continue, thus ensuring the red varieties can fully ripen.

20 Feb 2010 - Charleston at Brookers - (Saturday night) $70 per person
The Charleston at Brookers is a night of dance. Featuring the June Hayes Quartet from Auckland. Buses will collect you from the Municiple Theatre in Napier at 6.30pm. On arrival Brookfields, you will receive a free glass of bubbles and dinner will be a Set menu (breads, mains and dessert). Feet with Heat will teach the Charleston, and then the June Hayes Quartet will have you dancing until the buses take you back to Napier. For tickets, visit: www.artdeconapier.com

19 Feb 2010 - Cabaret at Brookers - (Friday night) $70 per person
Be hosted by reknowned vocalist Erna Ferry. Buses will collect you from the Municiple Theatre at 6.30pm. On arrival Brookfields, you will receive a free glass of bubbles. There will be a cash bar, and dinner will be a Set Menu of breads, mains and dessert. Erna will entertain you through until the buses deliver you back to Napier.
